    Extremely poor customer service

    They offer same day dispatch yet my order was submitted and not sent till I sent an email on the Thursday. They then lied and blamed it on Australia Post, when I pointed out that their system sends automatic updates so I could actually see that it hadn’t been sent to Aus Post, they then blamed it on an inventory issue and offered to refund my postage cost when my order already included free postage. No response from them when I pointed this out, an extremely poor customer experience. Extremely disappointed.
