    Late Arrival Missed Event

    Order on a Sunday. Next dispatch was meant to be Monday. They posted Tuesday. Paid for Express Post $15. Arrived the following Monday. Too late for the Friday night event. Emailed them. Phoned them. No Reply. Item good. Service terrible. Really terrible. I know what the small print says. However, don’t offer what can’t be done. And you should have mailed Monday like your site promised. Next day dispatch!!!!
